Luxury coffee table for the outdoors

Ceramic, steel, and aluminium outdoor coffee tables generally maintain their appearance for a long time. Unlike natural materials, they are less likely to discolour when exposed to the elements, ensuring they retain their original look. However, when purchasing a lounge table, make sure to choose one specifically designed for outdoor use. In the case of steel, promptly treating any damage is essential to prevent rust formation.

Compared to other wood types, teak is the least prone to cracking, allowing it to stay in excellent condition for years. The most common choice is a coffee table that is level with, a few centimetres higher, or slightly lower than the seat height of the sofa it accompanies. In most cases, this results in a coffee table height of 35cm to 55cm. However, extra-low lounge tables are becoming increasingly popular, as they provide an unobstructed view of the sofa and contribute to a modern aesthetic.
